Hello! This is my first ever attempt at creating Sims 3 custom content and I am very pleased with the results! I decided to make this trough out of the rustic hitching post because I never use the EA stalls in game; I always make my own using fences, gates, and half-walls. Doing this always made it impossible to have my horses eat or drink while in their stalls, so I started using the hitching post. I got tired of the beams and hitching post part and started to think... "Well, what if there was a way to just delete the hitching post part?" That's what sparked my curiosity. With a bit of help from Christina at Equus-sims, she walked me through TSRW and answered some questions for me regarding shadows as I worked. Once I got TSRW figured out, the rest was relatively easy. To use the trough indoors, you need to turn on the 'moveobjects' cheat, but as you can see from my pictures, it also works really well outdoors for in turnouts or paddocks. ironlakeacres.blogspot.com/2012/02/cc-rustic-feed-water-trough.html
